The Eskişehir Transportation Master Plan (EUAP) covering the 2015-2035 years prepared by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and Eskişehir Osmangazi University (ESOGÜ) was completed. 11 October 2017 will be presented to the public with a workshop to be held on Wednesday.
The extension of the contiguous area of the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality to the provincial border of the province and the 8 has been decided to revise due to the increased authority and responsibility area.
The Metropolitan Municipality of 20 signed a joint service agreement with ITU and ESOGU on 18 May 2015 to prepare the annual Transportation Master Plan Revision. In accordance with the common service agreement, the studies and suggestions of the institutions, organizations, universities, professional chambers and non-governmental organizations, which are the project stakeholders, have been carried out with a participatory approach.
In this process, Eskişehir Transportation Master Plan Progress Workshops were held at 23 June2016 and 20 December 2016. With the latest arrangements, the Eskişehir Transportation Master Plan Revision, which will cover the target years of 2015-2035, was completed. 'Short and Medium Term Transportation and Traffic Improvement Studies and Projects Final Report' and 'Eskişehir Transportation Master Plan Final Report' was delivered to the Metropolitan Municipality of Istanbul Technical University.
Transportation Master Plan Result Workshop, which will be attended by project stakeholders, 11 October 2017 will be held on Wednesday at 09.00 at Taşbaşı Cultural Center Red Hall.
