Within the scope of European Mobility Week organized by Istanbul Cycling Association, IETT General Manager Arif Emecen was given an award for his contributions to intelligent transportation solutions.
Since the 2002-16 in Europe every year, various activities were organized at the European Mobility Week in Istanbul, with the aim of limiting motorized traffic, encouraging the use of sustainable mobility types and raising awareness on the environmental impact of people's widespread preferences.
IBB Secretary General Hayri Baraçlı and IETT General Manager Arif Emecen also attended. At the conference organized following the event, IMM Secretary General Hayri Baraçlı received the award from IETT General Manager Arif Emecen for environmental friendly, sustainable intelligent transportation solutions.
