Toktamış, who started his managerial career in the energy sector with Shell, right after his university graduation, has over 23 years of experience in the company. During this period, besides his duties as Production Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Business Development, Channel Management and General Manager of Lubricants, he was also on the executive board of Shell & Turcas for 9 years. Since 2013, Toktamış has been serving as the Deputy General Manager of Shell & Turcas Retail and the Sales and Operations Manager and was also the Chairman of the Board of Shell Petrol AŞ. Toktamış started to work as the Global Marketing Director responsible for the Commercial Fleet Business Line in Shell International Petroleum Company in London, responsible for all sectors and sales channels.
He has graduated from Yıldız Technical University Industrial Engineering Department in 1994 and he holds a master's degree in Management.
