Istanbulkart Ease to Students

Enrollment in universities for those who are eligible to enroll in a higher education program with the results of the 2017 Student Selection and Placement System (ÖSYS).

According to the results of the OSYS candidates who are eligible to register for a program, the registration process, 14-18 August 2017 dates, electronic records will be made between 11-16 August 2017 dates. For registration, candidates must apply to the university to which the higher education program is located. Students who are newly enrolled in universities in Istanbul will receive discounted Istanbul cards during registration in order to benefit from discounted public transportation in Istanbul. Istanbulkartlar Automatic Filling Machines, which are prepared as full tariffs, should be converted into discounted tariffs for 10 TL. Previously, students who use discounted Istanbulkart while studying at any university or high school will be able to use their existing cards without having to change them. Students who benefit from the discounted tariff will be able to visit their existing cards at the end of the year.

With this application, students coming from outside the province will be able to quickly participate in public transportation in Istanbul without foreigners. In addition, students will have the convenience of getting their cards without the need for some documents such as student documents.
