Goal

ARTICLE 1 - (1) The purpose of this Regulation is to determine the discipline supervisors of the personnel working in the headquarters, headquarters and provincial organization of the General Directorate of TCDD.

Scope

ARTICLE 2 - (1) This Regulation is applicable to the personnel of the General Directorate of the Turkish State Railways (TCDD) related to the personnel who are subject to the provisions of subparagraphs (b) and (c) of 22 / 1 and 1990 of 399. applied.

ARTICLE 3 - (1) This Regulation, 14 dated 7 / 1965 / 657 and 124 of the Civil Servants Law, 399 Decree Law and 17 / 9 / 1982 and 8 / 5336 dated Council of Ministers by the decision of the Council of Ministers of Discipline and 16 of the Regulation on the Supervisors of Discipline.

Definitions

ARTICLE 4 - (1) In this Regulation;

a) Discipline Supervisor: Discipline and Supreme Disciplinary Supervisors whose titles are mentioned in the tables attached to this Regulation,

b) Central organization: the units in the central organization of the General Directorate of TCDD,

c) Establishments connected to the Center: Unit directorates operating directly under the central organization,

d) Personnel: Personnel subject to (I) numbered personnel specified in subparagraph (b) of clause 399 of the Decree Law no. 3 and contracted personnel subject to the (II) numbered clause in paragraph (c),

d) Provincial Organization: Regional Directorates,

e) TCDD: Republic of Turkey General Directorate of State Railways Administration,

f) Personnel subject to table (I): Personnel specified in subparagraph (b) of Article 399 of the Decree Law no. 3,

g) Personnel subject to table (II): Contracted personnel referred to in point (c) of Article 399 of the Decree Law no. 3,

ARTICLE 5 - (1) General Directorate of the General Directorate of Turkish State Railways (TCDD) The disciplinary and senior disciplinary supervisors of the personnel working in the center, headquarters and provincial organization are shown in the annexes Annex-1 and Annex-2.

Legislation to be applied in terms of principles and procedures related to discipline

ARTICLE 6 - (1) In cases where there are no provisions in this Regulation, the provisions of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, Decree Law No 399 and Disciplinary Committees and Disciplinary Supervisors shall apply.

Force

ARTICLE 7 - (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

Executive

ARTICLE 8 - (1) The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the General Director of TCDD.
