The tender for the Procurement and Start-up of 2017 Metro Vehicles by Dudullu-Bostancı and Mahmutbey-Esenyurt Metro Lines Rail Transportation Public Transport System, which was organized by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Rail System Projects Directorate, was held on 229012. 120 companies submitted bids for the tender.

Delivery schedule of subway vehicle arrays; The delivery of the entire 120 vehicle will be completed in 20 (twenty) months. The delivery of arrays will start at 10.from the date of commencement and 20. will be completed at the end of the month.
30 (thirty) days for the field tests and 60 (sixty) days for the test run will be used after the final series. This delivery program, 90. 10 array (2 tool) per month, followed by 8 array (3 tool) and 12 every month. In the month, 20 will be determined by the Contractor to be delivered in series. These conditions must be fulfilled by the contractor. The trial business will be carried out separately for the lines of the vehicles under this work.
When the delivery of the vehicle is underway, any line in which the vehicles in the scope of this work will be ready to be prepared and sufficient number is reached in order to perform the trial operation in the delivery of the vehicles to be used in that work and if requested by the Administration; trial operation of the said line will be started. In this case, the duration of the trial operation of that line shall be in the vehicle delivery process, but no change in the period of the 60 (sixty)-day trial run which is to be used after the completion of the field tests and the delivery of the above-mentioned and final series.
The Contractor shall submit the detailed work program related to vehicle test (factory and field tests) and trial operation to the approval of the Contracting Entity within 30 (thirty) calendar days following the entry into force of the contract. The contractor; Following the signing of the contract, the project will present the projects related to design, supply planning, production preparation, production-assembly and all related tests in a clear and understandable manner. The duration of trial operation of Mahmutbey-Esenyurt Metro Line is 120 days and the duration of trial operation of Dudullu-Bostancı Metro Line is 60 days. The first 80 subway vehicle to be procured is planned for Mahmutbey-Esenyurt Metro Line and the remaining 40 subway car is planned for Dudullu-Bostancı Metro Line.
