Minister Çavuşoğlu, explaining that the Antalya-Burdur-Isparta YHT route connected to Afyonkarahisar via social media has been determined, said "Application projects are starting".
Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu announced the official launch of the Antalya-Burdur-Isparta High Speed Train Project on his social media account. Minister Çavuşoğlu said, “Another dream becomes more real. Antalya-Burdur-Isparta high-speed train route, which we have promised, has been determined, application projects are starting ”.
Another important step was taken in Eskişehir-Antalya high-speed train project, which has been spoken for many years. In addition to the Eskişehir- Kütahya- Afyonkarahisar line, the implementation project will be connected with Ankara and Istanbul. Thus, Eskişehir and Antalya will be connected to each other with the High Speed Train network.
According to the information obtained, in addition to this project, the options available on this route for the Isparta-Burdur-Antalya line were examined by TCDD experts and the most suitable line was determined. 1/5000 and 1/2000 application projects will be prepared for this route which is technically named as 'corridor line'.
It was learned that TCDD will start working on these as soon as possible and after the completion of these application projects, the tender for the construction of the line will be launched and its construction will begin. It was learned that Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu followed the process closely.
