Amendment of the Railway Safety Regulation: A number of regulations have been made in the area of authorizations and railway management on safety in railways.
The Regulation on the Amendment of the Railway Safety Regulation was published in the Official Gazette No. 28 dated April 2017, 30050.
REGULATION ON CHANGES IN THE RAILWAY SAFETY REGULATIONS
ARTICLE 1 - Sub-clause (ff) of the first paragraph of Article 19 of the Railway Safety Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 11 / 2015 / 29537 and 4 is amended as follows. ARTICLE 2 - The first paragraph of Article 13 of the same Regulation is amended as follows. Alın (1) 1.000.000 (one million) TL will be charged to the operators in the national railway network for the security authorization procedures to be performed by the Ministry, and 50.000 (fifty thousand) TL will be charged from the city rail public transport operators. ARTICLE 3 - The first paragraph of Article 16 of the same Regulation is amended as follows. Alın (1) 250.000 (two hundred and fifty thousand) TL from the operators in the national railway network is charged for 50.000 (fifty thousand) TL from city rail public transportation operators. ARTICLE 4 - Sub-paragraph (a) of the fifth paragraph of Article 21 of the same Regulation has been repealed.

ARTICLE 6 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 7 - The provisions of this Regulation shall be executed by the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications.
