Tram vehicles of Akçaray are coming down one by one: Tram vehicles continue to come to our city within the scope of the Akçaray Project, which is under construction by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality. After the three vehicles that came before, a test drive was carried out by the Mayor of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality İbrahim Karaosmanoğlu. While the works on the line continue, the construction of trams simultaneously continues in Bursa. The trams, whose construction is completed, are delivered to Büyükşehir. In this context, the fourth tram vehicle was lowered on the tracks.
COMPATIBILITY TESTS
The fourth of the Akçaray tramway vehicle manufactured in Bursa was brought to the road by road and lowered to the station in the temporary tram storage area next to the Bus Terminal. The trolley was carefully put on the tram rail which was lowered through the ramp. All the tests carried out successfully at the factory will be fully delivered by the Metropolitan Municipality after the tests for rail compatibility.
TOTAL 12 IN CAR
Within the scope of the project, tramway vehicles are received and necessary tests are carried out. Electrical tests are carried out on the tram line and potential problems are observed. On the other hand, rail compatibility tests of trams are performed. Within the framework of the project, the 12 tramway vehicle will be purchased by the Metropolitan. A vehicle in the 5 module is 33 meters long and has 294 passenger capacity.
