Our country, as an Eastern Mediterranean country with its natural and archaeological richness and yacht tourism is a newly discovered attraction point.

The total number of yachts in the Mediterranean is now around 1 million.
However, there are significant increases every year.

France, Spain and Italy The Mediterranean dish is the 85 of the marina capacity. However, the fact that new investment locations are limited in these countries, the pollution of the Western Mediterranean and the increase in operating fees make the Eastern Mediterranean countries attractive. Recent developments in the yachting activity concerning the Mediterranean basin compel our country to move.

Before the 2002, there were no marinas that were built with the Build-Operate-Transfer Model without the use of public resources and they were introduced to the service of the tourism sector. We put the ports into the service of tourism sector.

With this and similar projects, we have upgraded the capacity of yacht berthing at 8.500 to 18.261. In addition, the construction of Antalya Gazipaşa, Muğla Datça and Dalaman, Tekirdağ and Istanbul Haliç Yat Ports continue.
