Koçbay Inspected İZBAN's Tepeköy - Selçuk Line: TCDD 3rd Regional Manager Selim Koçbay, who examined the construction of the 2nd line on the Tepeköy-Selçuk line, the 3rd phase of the İZBAN project, received information from the contractor firm and the inspection organization.
