Intelligent Transportation Systems Award to IETT: IETT won the "Intelligent Transportation Systems Successful Institution Award" at the Transportation Platform Panel and Award Ceremony organized by the Captains Club.
General Manager Arif Emecen received the award, which was given for the first time this year, in order to highlight the institutions that implement advanced information and communication technology applications that support transportation.
The ve Transport Platform: Panel and Award Ceremony i was held at ITU ARI Teknokent. In the ceremony attended by the leading executives of a wide range of sectors, from touristic services to tour and transfer services in the city, from public transportation to services in the city, following the panel entitled U Leading Women in Women Summit Lider; found their owners. The opening of the two-panel panel titled ma Leading Women's Summit in Transport kadınlar was opened by Fatma Şahin, the mayor of Gaziantep. The 'Gender Equality Award' was given to the Metropolitan Municipality of Gaziantep for the exemplary work carried out under the leadership of President Fatma Şahin since 2014.
Arif Emecen: IETT keeps up with the times
The Captains Club started to reward institutions that implement advanced information and communication technology applications that support mobility by increasing mobility and security. IETT was the owner of the Intelligent Transportation Systems Successful Institution Award, which was given to identify the institutions with these characteristics and to increase the awareness and sharing of the applications. General Manager Arif Emecen, who received the award on behalf of the institution, said,, IETT 146 is a long-established institution that guides the public transportation sector of our country. Following the speeches, the 2016 Captain Driver Award was given to Mehmet Taylan from Şanlıurfa Astor Turizm. Ali İhtiyar from IETT was one of the Temsa Urban Captain Drivers for January 2017. In addition to Ali İhtiyar, 11 other drivers were selected as the driver of the month in different categories.
