Erciyes Introduced at World's Largest Tourism Fair

Erciyes was introduced at the World's Largest Tourism Fair: With the investments of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Erciyes, which has become one of the leading winter tourism centers of the world, was introduced at the ITB International Berlin Tourism Fair, the world's largest tourism fair.

Considered as one of the biggest tourism fairs in the world, the ITB International Berlin Tourism Fair was held in Berlin, the capital of Germany, between 8-12 March. 184 thousand companies from 10 countries participated in the Berlin ITB Tourism Fair, one of the biggest gatherings of the travel industry in the world. Fair Erciyes, Kayseri and Turkey also took part in the largest value.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Culture and Tourism Nabi Avcı and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu. In the fair, investments in Erciyes, facilities equipped with state-of-the-art technology, 102 km runways famous for powder snow, ease of access from all over the world, and its proximity to Cappadocia provided information to tourism professionals from all over the world.

Minister of Culture and Tourism Nabi Avcı also visited the Erciyes stand, which attracted great attention from tour operators and agencies at the ITB Berlin Fair, which is considered to be the world's most efficient tourism fair in the field of business volume. Erciyes Inc. Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Murat Cahid Cıngı, who visited the stand, informed Minister Avcı about the establishment and tourism activities in Erciyes and invited Minister Avcı to Erciyes. Sabah newspaper columnist Yavuz Donat was among those who visited the Erciyes stand. Stating that they attracted great attention at the fair, Dr. Murat Cahid Cıngı said, “Our stand has become one of the focal points of the fair. The interest we received from tourism professionals made us extremely pleased ”.
