Disabled People met in Erciyes: This year 7. Erciyes International Disabled Snow Festival was held in Erciyes with the attendance of 400 vision, hearing and physical disability citizens.

Erciyes Ski Center, Tekir Gate, was realized with the support of International Handicapped Snow Festival, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality, Kayseri and Its Vicinity Electricity Turk Inc., Kayseri Gas, Kayseri Transportation Inc., Kent Ekmek and Arlberg Sport.
Participants from the country and abroad showed great interest in the two-day festival. Disabled citizens participating in the event together with their families for two days concert, competitions, activities spent time. Ski and sleds slipped. Besides Paralympic Boccia and Wheelchair Rugby on snow for the first time in Turkey it was played at Erciyes. Then the disabled individuals with their families visited the Anatolian wonderland.
At the end of the activities organized within the scope of the festival, awards ceremony was organized for the athletes who won the competitions. Mayor Mustafa Çelik and Kayseri Erciyes A.Ş. Chairman of the Board Murat Cahid Cıngı, by the Erciyes 7.In support of sponsors of the International Disabled Snow Festival, a plaque was presented to the association and federation managers. The Festival was followed by Yerik Ilyassov, Saule Agatayeva, the honorary representative of the National Sports Association of Kazakhstan and Semaye Bakhshaliyeva, President of Azerbaijan National Sports.
He stated that disabled people should play an active role in every aspect of life.
