5 March 1903 A new concession agreement was signed with the Anatolian Railways Company and the objections of the shareholders were resolved. According to this, the Ankara-Konya lines remain in their former owners, and the Baghdad Railway Company was established for the new lines to be built after Konya. Arthur von Gvvinner was appointed as chairman.
