IETT to raise the quality award

Award to IETT quality: IETT shared two international awards at 2016 with its employees. At the ceremony attended by 700 IETT staff at the Istanbul Bağlarbaşı Congress and Culture Center, Performance Improvement System (PGS) and Accident awards were distributed.

In the ceremony attended by 700 IETT staff, awards were also distributed to the members of the Istanbul Bağlarbaşı Convention and Culture Center. Dursun Kaya, who received the highest score in PGS, was the 'Captain Driver of the Year'.

Performance evaluation started at 2012
Within the scope of PGS in IETT, drivers have been evaluated twice a year by their managers since 2012. In the PGS, which is carried out to inform employees about their business goals, to see competency standards and to improve their performance, evaluations are carried out through a special software. In 2015, in the PGS, where civil servant personnel are included, drivers, workers and officials entering the first percent of the 3 are entitled to receive awards. Drivers who do not have any accidents in the 3 year are also given the award of Accident.
