“Ankara-Sivas will be reduced to 2 hours by high speed train. Of course, this is not only Ankara-Sivas connection, but also connected to Istanbul. Therefore, the distance between Istanbul and Sivas will drop to 5 hours. It also has connections to Konya, Izmir and Bursa. After Sivas, our route to Erzincan and Kars will be connected in the same way. Sivas will be a center for high speed train. It will be connected to all arteries both in the east and west. "

High speed train works in Kayseri

Stating that a new high-speed train line of approximately 142 kilometers from Yerköy to Kayseri is currently being projected, Apaydın said, “Our goal is to complete this project in the middle of the year. Currently, our corridors have been determined, our drilling works continue. As of the end of the year, our goal is to go to the construction tender in the second half of the year, and hopefully to start production at the end of this year, ”he said.

Making evaluations about the logistics village project to be established in Sivas, Apaydın stated that Sivas is in investment programs as a logistics center.

Stating that the selection of the site for the project has also been completed, Apaydın said, “Our drilling works will begin in the second half of March. In the second half of this year, we will complete the project works and go to the construction tender. Our goal is to start construction by the end of the year ”.
