The new planned line will also extend to Meram. The distance from campus to Meram, 21.4 kilometers, will go in 37 minutes. It will take 14 minutes between the Metro and the Bus Station and 16 minutes between Alaaddin and the Bus Terminal. The New YHT Gar-Meram from Necmettin Erbakan University will be 35 minutes. Important stops will be as follows: Necmettin Erbakan University, Meram Faculty of Medicine, Yeni YHT Station, Mevlana Culture Center, Meram Municipality. The project, which will establish the backbone of Konya public transportation, will be implemented in 3 stages. The 45-kilometer line will cost 3 billion pounds. The ring line will be built with a length of 45 km in Konya metro, which will be 20.7 kilometers in total. The ring line will start from Necmettin Erbakan University Campus and follow Beyşehir Street, and continue from Yeni YHT Gar, Fetih Street, Ahmet Özcan Street and Chechnya Street, ending in front of Meram Municipality Service Building.
