Metro call from MHP to the government

MHP's government calls for the Metro: MHP Deputy Chairman Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Karakaya called on the government to bear the debt on the Adana Metro, which adversely affects investment and services. Stating that approximately 40 percent of Adana Metropolitan Municipality's income was cut due to the debt arising from the metro, Karakaya said, “The Prime Minister of the period, Mr. Erdoğan, promised that this debt will be transferred to the Ministry of Transport. Just as the government undertook the construction and debts of the Istanbul, Antalya and Ankara subways, Adana should take over the debt of the subway. ”
