Operational support from OKA to SAMULAŞ: Samsun Metropolitan Municipality SAMULAŞ A.Ş. Within the scope of the Direct Activity Support Program, which was submitted to the Central Black Sea Development Agency (OKA) by the Agency, it was decided to successfully support and support the “Institutional Resource and Process Management for Efficient Use of Public Resources” application.

PURPOSE, MORE EFFICIENT USE OF PUBLIC RESOURCES
Within the scope of the project, in line with the transportation vision of Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, Samulaş A.Ş. In order to use the public resources used in services in a planned and more efficient manner and to organize all processes in a planned manner, an automation system will be created. The aim of the system is to improve the quality management of the resources and business processes used in the Operations Manager, Maintenance and Repair Directorate, Financial Affairs Directorate, Support Services Directorate, Traffic Control Center, Car Park and Ropeway Facilities in a planned way.
