Good News for Izmit Tradesmen Affected by Tram Works: A decision was made to ease the tradesmen affected by tram works from Izmit Municipality. Trades until the end of the work will not be taken from the tradesmen.

Mayor Dr. Nevzat Dogan's orders continue to work on the tram Şehabettin Bilgisu and Hafız Major Street trades until the end of the occupation will not be charged. In a statement made by the municipality, 19 workplaces such as restaurants, tea shops and cafeterias operating in the region will not pay the occupation fee until the tram works are completed. The decision taken in order to prevent the victimization of the artisans who were negatively affected by the tram works was welcomed. Regional tradesmen thanked President Doğan for the decision.
