In the panel where the results of the research were discussed, it was stated that the growth in Zeytinburnu, which stands out with its location along the coastline, being at the center of the transportation networks and infrastructure investments, will continue to grow and continue to increase positively for investment.

We also met with our Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Kadir Topbaş, as if their projects are now completed. In 2018, the tram line will be taken underground in Zeytinburnu. The metro line will pass through the Zeytinburnu Culture and Arts Center and the 15 July Square, ”he said.

According to the results, the unit square meter price, which is an average of 3 thousand 400 TL today in Zeytinburnu district, will reach 5 thousand 112 TL with an increase of 7 percent compared to the projections after 200 years. On the coastline, the figure, which is 16 thousand TL, will increase to 108 thousand TL with an increase of 33 percent.
