We created a microsite and started working to bridge the gap between women and employees who work directly on order basis. For local employment, we are working on the potential that will provide local employment, we create a bridge between local people and HR. We are trying to improve the capacity of this resource according to the needs, we work with vocational training centers and district education directorates, and we prepare training programs together.
