The Second Stage of the Rail System in Samsun

Prime Minister Yıldırım will open the second phase of the rail system in Samsun: Samsun Metropolitan Mayor Yusuf Ziya Yılmaz gave the good news of the rail system, speaking at the 70th Advisory Council organized by the Samsun Provincial Directorate.
Stating that the Gar-Tekkeköy Rail System Project will be put into operation on October 10 at the meeting held in Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Art Center, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yusuf Ziya Yılmaz said, “We are a municipality producing business in the backbone of the service policy. We have a municipality that works day and night to fulfill all the promises we have made. We keep our promise when we start the project. We open our rail system project between Gar - Tekkeköy on 10.10.2016. After this week's test drives, we will begin to carry passengers. We spent approximately 200 million TL on this service. Our citizens who take the tram from the university can now go to Tekkeköy without changing vehicles. Good luck to Samsun. We will realize the official opening of the Gar - Tekkeköy Rail System in the coming days with the participation of our Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım. ”
“There will be no road problems in Samsun”
Saying that Samsun's road, water and infrastructure problems will be completely eliminated, Mayor Yılmaz said, “We are working full speed in our villages. We built high standard village roads, built bridges, and made sewerage works. We strive to provide a permanent and quality service. Our village road network of Samsun is around 5 thousand kilometers. A thousand 500 kilometers of this is good. We have traveled a thousand kilometers so far. We will eliminate the road problem by making the remaining 2 thousand 500 kilometers. One kilometer concrete road costs about 300 thousand TL. We need at least 750 million TL to solve the road problem. This amount is far above our municipality's 1-year budget. For this reason, we will spread the completion process to the next few years, and save our villages from road problems, even by borrowing. Our citizens come to you with road demands, you can easily say that we will keep our promise to all of them. ”
“Logistics Organized Industry will add life to Samsun”
Stating that the activities of the Logistics Organized Industrial Zone, which is under construction after the Rail System Project, will raise Samsun to the ground, Yılmaz said, “Samsun has another important project, the Chamber Logistics Organized Industrial Zone. We are talking about a big project that will increase the city's economic reputation. For this project, we use a European Union loan of 40 million euro. Currently, the construction of the roads continues. We constantly check the work here. We aim to finish it within 2 years without any trouble. This project will add life to Samsun. ”
