Regulation on the registration of railway vehicles

Regulation on the registration of railway vehicles: In case of modification or change of type in railway vehicles and the ones responsible for maintenance change, no fee will be charged during the renewal of registration.
The Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Regulation on Amending the Railway Vehicles and Main Parts Regulation on Type Approval and the Regulation on the Amendment of the Railway Vehicles Registration and Insurance Regulation, entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly approved, the authorization assigned and independent safety organization until publication of legislation on the rules and procedures included in the list are notified bodies published by the European Railway Agency, approved the organization that built or representative offices in Turkey and will be allowed to be present in conformity assessment activities as a provider assigned.
On the other hand, in case of changes to the person or organization that owns the right to use 25 thousand pounds for the train set, 5 thousand pounds for the pulling vehicles, 500 pounds for the vehicles taken, 500 pounds for road / facility repair, maintenance and control vehicles will be charged . In case of modification or change of type in railway vehicles and the change of the organization / unit responsible for the maintenance, the fee will not be charged during the renewal of the registration.
Republic of Turkey State Railway (TCDD), the registration fee is received after 24 January, 2011 the company adopted a rail car will not be charged for the registration process.

REGULATION ON THE CHANGES TO REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION OF RAILWAY VEHICLES
1 - 16 / 7 / 2015 The sixth paragraph of the Article 29418 of the Regulation on Registration and Registration of Railway Vehicles published in the Official Gazette No. 11 is amended as follows.
Alın (6) In the renewal of the registration, the fee specified in Annex-1 shall be charged. In the cases specified in subparagraphs (b) and (c), no fee is charged. (
ARTICLE 2 - Annex-4, annexed to the same Regulation, has been amended as attached.
ARTICLE 3 - The following provisional articles are added to the same Regulation.
M Notified body, designated organization and independent safety agency authorization
PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 7
(1) Notified Body, appointed organizations and independent safety organization authorized to principles and procedures until released by the Ministry legislation on the European Commission, published by 2008 / 57 established by the EC directives and is situated in the approved provider list published by the European Railway Agency, established or in Turkey The notified bodies that have a representative office are allowed to carry out conformity assessment activities as approved and appointed organizations in accordance with the relevant technical legislation set forth in this Regulation.
(2) Independent safety agency certification shall not be required for the registration and registration of railway vehicles until the procedures and principles of the notified body, the designated organization and the independent security institution are authorized by the Ministry.
Transition process
PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 8
(1) No registration fee will be charged by the TCDD after the registration date of 24 / 1 / 2011.
ARTICLE 4 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 5 - The provisions of this Regulation shall be executed by the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications.
