New sister Kazlıçeşme- Söğütlüçeşme metro line to Marmara: The first step is taken on Kazlıçeşme-Söğütlüçeşme metro line, which is planned to be put into service as a sister to Marmaray in Istanbul. For the 20-kilometer line that will cross the Bosphorus between Kuruçeşme and Beylerbeyi, a comprehensive investigation has started to prepare technical and statistical data such as station locations, ground surveys, route crossing points, passenger numbers. The construction of the project prepared by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality will begin after two years of preparation. The new metro line that will connect the two continents will open in 2023.
BY-PASS
The project, which will pass under the metrobus line, will connect Kuruçeşme-Beylerbeyi with a tunnel under the sea. New line; KadıköyIt will end in İncirli by passing through Üsküdar, Beşiktaş, Kağıthane, Beyoğlu, Eyüp, Zeytinburnu, Güngören and Bahçelievler. There will even be 15 stations.
