German manufacturer L & S (luddeneitundscherf) representatives of the company's sales in Turkey realized the first fully automated and electronic machines', he noted that the latest model 6 stone machine, purchased 815 thousand or 500 euros. The machine, which has the feature of doubling its capacity when required, has the features to meet the grinding need of the growing metro line for many years. On the other hand, due to its ability to be used on grooved rails, grinding work of Izmir's new tram lines can also be done with this machine.
The symbolic turnkey ceremony of the grinding machine last year was held at the Innotrans Fair in Berlin, İzmir Metro A.Ş. Chairman of the Board Zeliha Gul Sener and General Manager Sönmez Alev was given the key. 8,5 tons grinding machine, which will be delivered to Izmir this month, will be used immediately in maintenance works in Izmir Metro train line. The company will perform the first one month after delivery with its own team to perform grinding work on the rails.
