Three-storey Büyük İstanbul Tunnel to increase real estate prices

The three-storey Grand Istanbul Tunnel will increase real estate prices: With the construction of a three-story Istanbul Metro and Highway Bosphorus Crossing, real estate prices in the region will rise.
The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) has produced various projects in order to find a solution to the traffic problem in Istanbul, where approximately four million registered vehicles are located, to model the cities of Barcelona with the capital of Spain and to transport the vehicles to the underground. It is thought that a total of 23 thousand vehicles will be passed by 150 thousand per day from each of the tunnels for a total length of 300 kilometers. The total number of tunnels is expected to cost 2.5 billion liras. The six tunnels planned to connect will connect the TEM highway and the D-100 highway. The land and houses around the planned projects are evaluated.
The prices of new housing units in Büyükçekmece and Beylikdüzü area are around 3 and 4 thousand TL. In the Esenyurt region, the sales prices of new housing units are in the range of 2 thousand 500 to 3 thousand 500 in square meters and in the Bahçeşehir-Ispartakule section in the range of 4 to 5 thousand TL.

Halihazırda çalışmaları devam eden ve en geç 2017’de faaliyete geçmesi planlanan Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey metro hattı, Mahmutbey’de Halkalı-Bahçeşehir hattı ile birleşecek. 2019 yılının son metro projesi olan Mahmutbey-Bahçeşehir metro hattı da tamamlandığında iki semt arası yolculuk süresi 19 dakikaya inmesiyle bölge, daha da değerlenecek.
