The embankment of the viaduct over the Kars Stream in Mezra Village, one of the two viaducts on the BTK Railway line, which was closely followed by Minister Ahmet Arslan, excited Kars. Citizens who stated that the BTK Railway line, which is expected to be completed for many years, has come to an end, pointed out that Kars will become a trade center with the completion of the railway.
Stating that the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Ahmet Arslan is a chance for Kars, the citizens said, “Railway activities have accelerated with Minister Ahmet Arslan. Hopefully, all projects of Kars will be completed with our minister. ”They expressed their satisfaction with the work done.
Ahmet Arslan, the Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, told reporters during his visit to Kars that the ICTA project had viaducts as two broken points.
Arslan said, “There are two viaducts in the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway project. This viaduct and other viaduct were two broken points of this project. At the viaducts, we made a review about 1 month ago. We are pleased to see that the work on the viaducts continues very quickly within the framework of the calendar that was said that day. As soon as the feet of the viaducts are almost exhausted, the friends will immediately bring the ready-made cry. It will be finished in both viaducts. ”
Shortly after Arslan's visit, the introduction of braces on the feet of the viaducts showed that the work was progressing fast.
