In the statement, the concrete panels and the insulation material between them, have a high resistance to adverse environmental conditions, indicating that the installation of the bridge damper pistons have been completed.
One of the two systems that will carry the bridge, the damper pistons of the oblique suspension ropes, which are placed in the 176 pieces of the suspension of the rope is reported to be prevented in the statement, the following were recorded:
“Dampers are structural elements that absorb and restrict the oscillations that may occur as a result of structural or environmental factors in the curved hanger ropes thanks to the pistons inside them. The damper assemblies were completed in May at the rear openings and in June at the main opening. Dumpers were installed with a team of over 100 people in total. Very sensitive measurement studies were carried out here. Because our tolerance was about 20 millimeters.
In the last part, damper pistons were installed. The damper pistons were attached to the damper and oblique hanger ropes whose resources were exhausted with the help of a working basket crane. Damper pistons are hydraulic pistons that are placed to prevent oscillations arising from structural or environmental factors. In this way, oscillations of a total of 176 slant hanger ropes were prevented. ”
