TCDD 3. Regional Manager Koçbay Manisa-Balıkesir Line Found in Investigations: TCDD 3. Selim Koçbay, the Regional Manager, examined the rehabilitation works in the tunnel due to the collapse of the tunnel in the Soğucak area between the Savaştepe-Soğucak-Balıkesir stations.
