Claiming that Kocaoğlu has realized every project by fighting, imposing and force, Doğan said, "You have turned millions of lira investment into a patch pack." It was unanimously resolved that the citizens of Izmir benefit from public transportation at a 50 percent discount during the Ramadan Feast in the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Assembly.
