What will you respond to these citizens who have filed a lawsuit for their future, seeking their right, while sacrificing thousands of parking lots, green texture and vehicle roads on the beach, while filling the sea in Mithatpaşa against the scientific reports and legislation? ” he spoke. Claiming that Kocaoğlu has realized every project by fighting, imposing and force, Doğan said, "You have turned millions of lira investment into a patch pack." It was unanimously resolved that the citizens of Izmir benefit from public transportation at a 50 percent discount during the Ramadan Feast in the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Assembly.

On the other hand, the officers retired from the Metropolitan Municipality protested the cancellation of the passes on the order of Aziz Kocaoğlu, first in front of the city palace and then in the parliament hall.
