IETT, which has come to the present day by coming to its values, has been institutionalized as being aware of the mission it has taken, and it has seen the value of every step it takes on the smiley face of the people of Istanbul. Our mission and vision take passenger satisfaction to the center. And this satisfaction we can weave around all of our services.
IETT has become a brand in both our employees and the people of Istanbul and our communication with the qualified and accurate communication has a large share. We strive to provide you with the highest quality service by benefiting from all the benefits of one-to-one and fast communication with the developing technology. This communication has been transformed into a worldwide institution by adding positive values ​​to İETT image. This success acceleration is the work of the basic sensibilities and vision of IETT. While life flows with positive and negative aspects, we take it as our duty to equip all the time spent in IETT vehicles and stops with beauty.
