During the meetings, the issues of "registration fee" and "renewal of registration", which have been on the agenda especially recently, were brought to the agenda.
As a result of the interview;
Wagon Registration Procedures were made by TCDD before the entry into force of the Railway Vehicles Registration and Registration Regulation and TCDD received a fee from wagon owners under the name of "registration procedures", and after the publication of the Railway Vehicles Registration and Registration Regulation, the "Registration Fee" by the General Directorate of Railway Regulation. It may be possible to resolve this issue, which appears to be a duplicate payment, for which the fee of 1 TL specified in Annex-500 of the mentioned Regulation is taken for the "towed vehicles", and that the parties of the issue DDGM, TCDD and DTD are brought together and discussed by the Ministry,
When the Wagon Registration Renewal is made, the 1 TL fee specified in the Annex-500 of the aforementioned Regulation is taken under the name of "Registration Renewal", but there is no need to charge a separate fee for the registration renewal since the fee was previously charged for "registration procedures". and it would be appropriate to make the necessary changes in the Registry Regulation.
