Certificate for prisoners receiving resource training

Source field training certificates to prisoners: Sivas in Turkey Railway Machines Industry Inc. (TÜDEMSAŞ) and the Social Support Project under the leadership of the Ministry of Justice (SODES) welding training course took 15 prisoners who trainee certificates.
Within the scope of the SODES project by TÜDEMSAŞ and the Ministry of Justice, 15 prisoners attended a welding course for 6 months at the Welding Education and Technologies Center under the coordination of Sivas Probation Provincial Directorate and TÜDEMSAŞ. A certification ceremony was held at the Center for Resource Education and Technologies for 15 prisoners under Probation who successfully completed the course. Sivas Chief Public Prosecutor Murat İrcal, TÜDEMSAŞ General Manager Yıldıray Koçarslan, Probation Provincial Director İsmail Arslan and trainees attended the ceremony.
The pre-ceremony protocol members visited the trainees in the workshop. Then the certificate distribution ceremony was passed. 15 prisoners' certificates have been awarded to complete the welding education.
Sivas Chief Public Prosecutor Murat İrcal stated that important steps have been taken in order to reintegrate the prisoners into society, and said, “I hope 15 of our friends will find a job and bring bread to their homes with this document they have received”. TÜDEMSAŞ General Manager Yıldıray Koçarslan stated that the project was carried out for the first time and that it will continue, “These friends received 6 hours of training, 20 hours of theoretical and 60 hours of practical training, as a result of a 80-month training. As a result of this training, they will be subjected to an exam by an internationally accredited organization. After this exam, they will have a valid document in 82 different countries of the world. This will be a blessing and a start for us, for our region ”.
