The winners of the Ankara-Izmir High Speed Train Project have been announced: Tekfen Construction and Doğuş Construction Joint Venture won the tender for the Ankara-İzmir High Speed Train Project.

According to this project, 3 hours will drop to 50 minutes by high speed train between Ankara and Izmir. In addition, 1 hours 20 minutes between Ankara and Afyon and 2 hours 30 minutes between Afyon and Izmir are planned to decrease.

The winner of the tender for the project has been announced. Tekfen Construction and Installation Inc. and Doğuş İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. It has been announced that the Joint Venture has won the Afyonkarahisar-Uşak Section of the Ankara-İzmir High Speed Train Project and the Afyonkarahisar Direct Crossing Infrastructure Construction Works tender.
Tekfen Construction and Doğuş Construction Joint Venture, bid 879 million pounds won at a price. The duration of the project was determined as 36 months.
