Tender statement by OTOKAR: It has been reported that the tender for the "articulated bus" of the General Directorate of Electric, Water, Gas, Bus and Trolleybus (ESHOT), affiliated to Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, was concluded in favor of Otokar.
In the statement of Otokar Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş., published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the following were recorded:
“Our company has been notified that the tender for an articulated bus opened in line with the requirements of the ESHOT General Directorate has been concluded in favor of Otokar, and the signing of the contract will take place upon fulfillment of the necessary procedural procedures. The tender is 17,9 million Euros and includes the purchase of 100 articulated buses and the maintenance and service support services of the vehicles. Deliveries will be completed in batches in 2016. "
