GÖKTÜRK-2 viewed the Gulf Bridge for the first time

Gulf Crossing Suspension Bridge in Izmit was viewed by GÖKTÜRK-2 satellite. The images taken by the reconnaissance and surveillance satellite GÖKTÜRK-2, developed with national means, were featured on the website of the Air Force Command. In the image published under the title of “photo of the week”, the construction of the Gulf Crossing Suspension Bridge was displayed.

FINAL 340 METERS

It was recorded that the image was taken from GÖKTÜRK-5 satellite at 07.54 on April 2. At the Gulf Passage Bridge, which will connect Istanbul to Izmir, 340 meters remain at the junction of the two sides. The completion of the bridge, which will allow the two sides to come together, is aimed to be completed within 10 days.
