The decision given at this stage will be examined by TCDD. Recently, the lawsuit filed by Doğuş Construction for the decision of the JCC was concluded. As a result, the JCC decided to take corrective action in the tender.

As is known, the Söğüt - Yüksel İnşaat joint venture, which won the tender with an approximate cost of 826.776.846 TL, signed a contract for 574.405.800 TL.
