After the Konya-Istanbul High Speed ​​Train services started, the Mevlana Tomb and Museum is flooded with visitors. Within the scope of the 'Vuslat Journey' project initiated by Istanbul Eyüp Municipality last year, 11 thousand 636 citizens visited the Mevlana Tomb and Museum. The first phase of the project in 2016 started today in the morning. Eyüp Mayor Remzi Aydın said, “This was a good project. We organize cultural tours of the high-speed train for the first time in Turkey, "he said.

Following the Konya-Istanbul High Speed ​​Train services that started in December 2014, the Mevlana tomb and museum in Konya is flooded with visitors. Eyüp Municipality took the citizens to the Mevlana tomb and museum within the scope of the 'Vuslat Journey' project initiated last year. In 2015, 138 voyages were made by High Speed ​​Train and 11 citizens took them to the Mevlana tomb and museum in Konya.

The first phase of the project in 2016 started today in the morning. Mayor Job Remzi Aydın said, "We have organized a cultural tour of high-speed train for the first time in Turkey. These trips attracted great attention from our people. The demands of the citizens about the trips continue. This year, we started our voyage, which will continue until Ramadan. We are taking and bringing our Eyüplü citizens, consisting of 80 people, every day. We, as the municipality, carry out cultural tour activities. We find the opportunity to introduce an important investment of our government to our citizens. We bring our people together with comfort and quality. It is really a project that will set an example for other municipalities, I hope this project will continue by expanding ”.

BREAKDOWN OF BREADS AFTER THE TRIP

Citizens who went to Konya within the scope of the 'Vuslat Journey' project first visited the Martyrdom Museum and the Mevlana Museum. Speaking in front of the Mevlana Tomb, Eyüp Mayor Remzi Aydın said, “Most of our friends came for the first time. They have very different feelings. "I am excited even though I have come 3 times before." Citizens, who visited the Mausoleum and Museum and then the Shems-i Tabrizi Mausoleum in the company of guides, tasted Konya's famous meat bread after the visit. Citizens also had the opportunity to climb to the highest hill of Konya, Akyokuş Mevkii, and watch the city from above.
