After the consultancy service of the world-renowned Austrian companies for skiing, the project of the 275 million square meter of Erciyes Mountain was received by the Metropolitan Municipality within the scope of the project, which is called the project of the century for Kayseri and costs 26 million Euros.
Studies and mechanical facilities have been designed for Erciyes to be among the ski resorts to be shown by finger. Subsequently, infrastructure services such as road, natural gas, electricity, water and communication were completed by the municipality.
150 artificial snow machine received
Erciyes, which has no snowing unit, has reached 150 artificial snowing machines with the Erciyes Winter Sports and Tourism Center Project. The snow tracks were prepared on the Erciyes Mountain with an area of 2 million square meters and artificial tracks were prepared for skiing. Thus, Erciyes became the center that opened the earliest ski season of the last 5 years.
