Transdev to Receive Coradia Lint Trains from Alstom: Transdev and Alstom signed a new agreement worth 115 million Euros for use on German Railways. According to the signed agreement, Transdev will buy 28 Coradia Lint diesel trains from Alstom. Trains to be purchased will be used on Augsburg-Lansburg and Munich-Füssen lines in Germany.
According to the agreement announced by Altom in 11 March, 4 pieces Coradia Lint 54, 5 pieces Coradia Lint 81 and 19 pieces Coradia Lint 41 diesel trains will be produced. The passenger capacities of the trains to be produced in Alstom's Salzgitter facilities vary between 225 and 485. There are bicycles and wheelchair areas as well as information screens.
