Children with down syndrome visited Palandöken Ski Center within the scope of the event organized by Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality. Within the scope of the trip organized by the Disability Services Unit of the Metropolitan Municipality Department of Culture and Social Affairs, children with Down syndrome and their families were served at Café 25. Neriman Demir, president of Erzurum Down Syndrome and the Mentally Handicapped Association, said that they have been fighting for the solution of the problems of the disabled for years. Thanking Erzurum Metropolitan Mayor Mehmet Sekmen for his support in all matters, Mayor Demir said, “We are trying to help disabled families as much as we can. We would like to thank our President Mehmet Sekmen. “Our children with Down syndrome and their families had a happy day at this beautiful event”.
