Train Library Opened in Çankırı: Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Abdurrahim Boynukalın inaugurated the 110-year-old historical locomotive transformed into a Train Library by Çankırı Mayor İrfan Dinç.

Therefore, they need to improve their reading. We turn these different places into places where children can come and read books with pleasure. Today, we are offering the train library to the service of our children, and soon we will open our aircraft library and then our ship library.

The locomotive, which was built in Prussia in 1906 and sold to the Ottoman Empire, was retired to the TCDD's hangar after its end of life. The historical locomotive, which was returned to the library with the library project of Mayor İrfan Dinç, will meet with the children of Çankırlı at İstasyon Crossroads after its opening.
