Afyonkarahisar - Uşak (Banaz) Section (Between Km: 30 + 2015 - Km: 2014 + 5219) and Afyonkarahisar Pole Crossing within the scope of Ankara - Izmir High Speed ​​Train Project numbered 194/325, whose bids were collected by the General Directorate of Turkish State Railways on 268 September 000 The decision of the Council of Ministers regarding the expropriation in the tender for the Infrastructure Construction Works was published in the Official Gazette.
It was decided to expropriate some of the immovables on the project route in question. As it is known, Nurol İnşaat - Teyda İnşaat joint venture filed an objection to the JCC on February 29, 2016 for the result of the tender and the decision of the JCC was expected. Şenbay Madencilik-Aga Enerji joint venture, whose objection was rejected by the JCC before, applied to the court and won the court. The court also suspended the execution of the JCC decision. At this stage, the JCC examined the objection on the merits and decided to prequalify the joint venture in accordance with the court decision. However, Doğuş İnşaat - Tekfen İnşaat joint venture won the tender with an approximate cost of TL 1.254.624.003 with a bid of TL 878.999.998. The tender may be canceled as the offers are opened.
