Effective Communication Training for Samulaş Staff: A seminar on “Effective Communication and Individual Community Relations” was organized for the staff working at Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Samulaş A.Ş.
Samulaş A.Ş., which provides public transportation service to Samsun, aims to further increase the quality of transportation service, strengthen the public relations of the institution and increase satisfaction with the seminar.
Samulaş A.Ş. and Samsun Provincial Directorate of National Education, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Samulaş A.Ş. "Effective Communication and Individual Community Relations" trainings, covering all the staff that started in the Training Hall and working in Samulaş, will last for 8 days with the inheritance of 4 different groups. In addition to effective communication, courtesy rules, individual relations, individual-society relations, life goals and objectives in the social structure are also covered.
The trainings given by Education Expert İrfan Ertav, who is working in Samsun National Education Directorate, is planned to be completed on Thursday, March 31, 2016.
