Education to university students in Yıldıztepe Ski: In Yıldıztepe of Turkey's leading winter tourism centers, ski training given to university students.
35 students from Afyon Kocatepe University (AKU) School of Physical Education and Sports are trained in Yıldıztepe Ski Center with 4 academicians.
AKÜ School of Physical Education and Sports Coaching Department Head Asst. Assoc. Dr. Adem Poyraz told AA correspondent that they came to Yıldıztepe for ski training.
Poyraz, who stated that they started to give ski lessons here after learning Ilgaz Mountain and Yıldıztepe, said, “We have been giving our ski lessons here for 3 years. There are many tracks in Yıldıztepe. There are tracks suitable for skiers at all levels. ”
Explaining that the training here will take a week, Poyraz said, “Yıldıztepe is very beautiful in terms of ski tourism. People can come and have a nice winter holiday. We enjoy this beauty as long as we stay. ”
The President of Çankırı Ski Coaches Association, Imdat Half, also stated that the students of Gazi University School of Physical Education and Sports have been studying in Yıldıztepe for about 10 years.
He added that they expect new students to come to Yıldıztepe for education in the future.
