New Trams Ordered for Russia's Vladikavkaz City: New trams were ordered for the Vladikavkaz city transport network, which is the capital of Russia's Autonomous Republic of North Ossetia. 10 71-407 type trams will be produced for use in Vladikavkaz by Uraltransmash, a subsidiary of the Uralvagonzavod company. Vladikavkaz urban rail system lines are 55 km in total and 26 trams serve on the lines.
Ordered 71-407 trams were modernized by Uraltransmash and introduced again last year. Trolleys produced with low floor in% 39 stand out with asynchronous traction motors.
