Expressing that with the introduction of the high-speed train line from Torbalı to İzmir and from İzmir to Torbalı, Mayor Görmez said, “We believe that Torbalı will experience a second leap in its history. The first leap in the history of the city was with the İzmir-Aydın Railway line, which was built 150 years ago. It bagged the entry of Turkey into operation date of the first railway line, while today's face has turned into a small town with a population of sixty thousand metropolitan districts. Now, we think that İZBAN's high-speed train factor will be an important actor in Torbalı history. ”
DISTRICT BREAK
Adnan Yaşar Görmez, who stated that he will break the crust of Torbalı with the start of İZBAN flights, brought the following views: “Torbalı, which is a complete industrial area, will also reach the last level with İZBAN, which shines its star in tourism, which is known for its agricultural potential. İZBAN will give a new impetus to the Torbalı economy and the sociocultural structure of the city. The brand value of the city will increase and this will be a more attractive settlement in terms of the advantage of transportation to İzmir. It will also be an opportunity for promotion of Torbalı's historical beauties such as Metropolis. The start of the flights will also ease the pressure on the İzmir-Aydın Highway, which has increased vehicle traffic in recent years. Those who go to İzmir with their personal vehicles will head to İZBAN. Our citizens will travel cheaply, comfortably and quickly. We are grateful to everyone who contributed, especially Mr. Binali Yıldırım, our Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications. ”
