IETT brings an Emergency Button application to buses and metrobus: A panic button will be placed on IETT buses and metrobus. Istanbul Electric Tram and Tunnel Enterprises are preparing to bring an "emergency button" application to prevent bad events that may occur in buses and metrobuses.
Istanbul Electric Tramway and Tunneling Enterprises took action to ensure that the application was valid in buses after the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology stated that they were prepared to make the “emergency button ına necessary for these vehicles against the violent incidents in public transport. The emergency button started to be placed at the points where passengers and drivers can travel safely and easily reach the dangers they are exposed to.

WHAT WILL PANIC BUTTON WORK?
Thanks to the panic button to be placed on the IETT metrobus and buses, the passenger will signal by pressing the button in case of danger; The location of the vehicle will be reached and help will be sent over GPRS. In addition, the internal and external cameras in the vehicles will enable the live monitoring and recording of the emergency. The alarm information of the vehicles can be tracked 24 hours a day. When the button is pressed, 4 camera views of the related vehicle will come to the control screen live. When the 'emergency button' to be put on the vehicles as a precaution against the dangers that passengers may be exposed to, IETT will generate an emergency alarm, and instant camera images in the vehicle will be sent to the Control Center. Thus, security forces will act and will intervene immediately.
EMERGENCY AND LIVE
In the event of a danger, the passenger or the button will give a signal; The location of the vehicle will be reached via GPS and help will be sent. In addition, internal and external cameras in the vehicles will enable the emergency monitoring and recording of the emergency. Alarm information of vehicles 24 hours can be watched retrospectively. When the button is pressed, the 4 camera image of the vehicle will be displayed live on the control screen.
